How long does shipping take?

USA orders: Usually arrive in 2–4 business days once shipped.

We ship from several fulfillment centers worldwide to keep delivery fast and affordable.

Where do you ship from?

We use a global network of fulfillment centers, including:

Dallas & Charlotte (USA), Birmingham (UK), Toronto (Canada), Tijuana (Mexico), Riga (Latvia), Barcelona (Spain) and partner facilities in Japan, Brazil, and Australia.

Your order ships from the location closest to you with available stock.

Are the products printed on demand?

Yes. Every shirt is printed on demand just for you when you place an order.

That’s why it’s very important to select the correct size – we don’t keep printed items in stock to swap or resell.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?

Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Wrong color chosen
• Change of mind

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

When do you accept returns or refunds?

We accept returns or refunds only when:

• The product arrives damaged
• The print quality is faulty or incorrect
• You received the wrong item

If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on your location, but our global fulfillment network helps keep them reasonable.

Please note: customs fees or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

What kind of quality can I expect from Aurin Wear?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, so changes are limited.

If you need to update your details, contact us at support@aurinwear.com as soon as possible. If production has already started, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.
